Seeking a Customer Care Manager to oversee day-to-day service operations and ensure a positive experience for customers. This role focuses on communication, organization, and coordination of customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and support daily service activities.
- Coordinate team communication to maintain efficient workflows.
- Assist with account updates, billing inquiries, and policy reviews.
- Track service metrics and report progress to the agent.
- Prospect within the book of business through outbound calling, policy reviews and helping with inbound calls
Qualifications
- Must have 3+ Years with State Farm Agency and have CA Property Casualty and CA Life & Health license
- Ability to train others and lead the team effectively as a peer or senior member of the team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excel at motivating others and working as a team.
- Must have strong State Farm product and systems knowledge.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Newport Beach, CA.
- Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2010.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet
